Happy Wednesday Pythonista!
Hope your week is going well.
We’ve been busy with V2 of our Bites of Py exercises, launching soon on a new and improved platform, but we have some other exciting news to share today!
Did you know we’ve also just launched a new Rust platform? 🎉

Check it out here:Â rustplatform.com
- The design for our new Python platform is inspired by this Rust prototype.
- It’s a fresh, Pybites-style way to learn Rust. We currently have 9 exercises, with more to come soon.
- Contributions are open! Beyond the exercises we've added ourselves, you can already spot contributions from three other authors who’ve joined us using our (relatively) simple GitHub flow (details on the site).
People are loving the interface so far, which is great news as it will also be used for our upcoming Python platform!
And users are appreciating the detailed explanations that some other solutions lack.
We know Rust has a steep learning curve, but we’re here to make it easier:
- Adopting our unique Bite exercise method that has helped so many learn Python.
- Building a community-driven platform, making it easier to both learn and teach (teaching something is learing on steroids!)
- Using this new, intuitive interface.
Please give it a try and let us know what you think.
It's still experimental, so we appreciate your patience and input as we refine it!
Cheers, Bob & Julian
