Hey Pythonista,
We're really happy we moved our community from Slack to Circle, people are actively sharing all kind of cool Python + developer related things.
Here are some highlights from the last few weeks:
Today I finished a complete refactoring of a python microservice here at work,  making the source code decoupled with dataclasses, tables, imperative mapping, repositories, services … Applying all these concepts makes me very happy and all these modifications made the code cleaner and easier to test...
My family often needed me to merge/combine PDF files for them. When they apply for online services they're often required to upload all documents as a single PDF file...
Hi! I’m new to pybites and just wanted to say hello :) I’m learning SO much with my mentor and can only imagine how helpful this whole community is. So if you see me asking questions as I continue to grow my Python understanding, I hope you say hi too!
I’m starting to use Docker and I was reading about different opinions regarding using a virtual environment with a docker container in Python. What are your thoughts? 🤔
One of the things that I’m working on is teaching an applied IT workshop, I spent some time today exploring sphinx and how I could write documentation quickly, and create it in a way that was accessible and didn’t require a lot of configuration of components...
Jeff and I just completed a working test for google authentication. ...  For me, it’s a career milestone. The first pytest of Google login constructed from zero.
Hello everyone, I've been using the PyPDF library for the past few weeks and I have developed several new functions that I believe would be valuable additions to the library. Now, I'm looking to integrate these functions into the existing PyPDF library. What are the steps I should follow to contribute my changes effectively?

The best thing is that people don't just share, a lot of other people chime in, and valuable relations are formed. 💡 😍 📈
As Pybites (and following Python's exemplary approach), we had the community front and center from the start 7 years ago and we're proud of how far it's come since.
If you're not in our community yet, make sure you join today: https://pybites.circle.so/.Â
And when there:
introduce yourself (so people can interact with you - this simple act has led to many Pybites meetups!)
share things as you learn and discover them (just post with a tag, quick and rough, no need to be overly perfect)
ask questions when stuck or curious (people are very willing to help, they are programmers!)
share your wins (this alone can boost your motivation for years to come)
network! (there are many professionals working for companies and doing cool things in one place).
Above all, we're proud to say that our community is a welcoming group of nice people that are eager to learn more and help each other out.
Looking forward to seeing you there -> https://pybites.circle.so/
